It will also make the whole process go a lot faster with EQC because you will have a very important step in the process completed. The busier the painters get the harder it will be to even get a quote from them. You will also be able to shop around for a painter that you like and has good references rather than having to accept the only one available. This painter may well be very good but there is no guarantee that this will be the case.
